Our Story

Anicca was created of the mission to empower people from all walks of life. The breath allows us to discover our ability to heal ourselves, to move through trauma, and our ability to create a life of our wildest dreams. We bring you breathwork for emotional healing, physical wellbeing, and spiritual connection - a place to remember your true state of being, one of complete wellbeing and wholeness.

Like nature, we can create new life from old cycles.

Breathe deeply.

Kaylah MaryAnn and Matthew Davis

Founders of Anicca

When we experienced our very first breathwork session, we were in awe of the power this modality holds. Our first Breathwork session allowed us to become aware of how much stress, fear, and stagnant energy were residing in our bodies.

Breath by breath, we moved through

  • Years of stored emotions in our physical and emotional bodies- pain, grief, shame, anger, confusion, fear, lack

  • Childhood traumas and challenges

  • Negative thought loops, destructive habits, self-doubts, and limited self-beliefs

  • Living in victim consciousness

  • Conditioned patterns, inherited beliefs and protective beliefs

  • Ancestral patterns

Breath by breath, we journeyed into

  • Our true purpose of abundance, love, empowerment

  • Acceptance and integration of our life experiences and the events that shaped us

  • Creating the life of our dreams

  • Emotional awareness and inspired action

  • The ability to traverse through stressful situations with confidence and steadiness

  • Reconnecting to realms of our spiritual guides, ancestors, and Universal intelligence

  • Redefining ourselves with truthful beliefs

Meet Kaylah

Kaylah is a lifelong student of Somatic Intelligence, a breathwork facilitator, and a women's wellbeing practitioner with a deep passion for understanding the connection between the body, mind, intuition, and nervous system.

The human capacity to create new ways of thinking, move beyond limiting beliefs, and break free from repetitive thought patterns is a constant source of inspiration in my work.

By working with the breath, the body, and the nervous system, we can begin to move beyond habitual patterns, build greater self-awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of trust, resilience, and possibility in our lives.

Her work is rooted in her own lived experience and the transformative impact that breathwork and somatic intelligence have had on her life. What began as a personal journey of self-discovery evolved into a commitment to creating spaces where others can reconnect with themselves, build greater self-awareness, and access their innate capacity for growth and change.

Breathwork has helped us journey through the deep inner work that is essential to living a fully expressed life.

To reach our full potential and create a life that empowered us, we needed to clear out old limiting beliefs, stored emotions, societal conditioning and energetic blockages.

Our spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing depended on our commitment to our inner work - breathwork supported us through every moment of this journey.

Our inspiration to bring this work to you comes from our own journey. Breathwork has helped and continues to help us be the most authentic, empowered and best versions of ourselves. From this place, we show up in service to this deeply powerful practice.

We hold deep gratitude to you on your journey and look forward to sharing these tools for life with you.
